Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern use of the Baig Traders application and public pages at baigtraders.space. By signing in to the private application or using a published Digital Business Card, you agree to these terms.
Purpose of the Application
Baig Traders is a private, single-owner business tool for creating quotes and invoices and, optionally, publishing Digital Business Cards. It is not a marketplace, not a multi-user team workspace, and not a consumer social network.
Account Security
The owner is responsible for keeping the login password and any multi-factor device secure. The owner should sign out of devices that are no longer trusted.
Authorized Use
Only the authorized owner may access the private application. Visitors may view public pages, published Digital Business Cards, and legal documents. Visitors may not attempt to access private customer, quote, invoice, payment, or settings data.
Quotes and Invoices
Quotes and invoices are business records created by the owner. Document numbers are assigned when a document is generated and are meant to stay unique. Moving a numbered document to Trash keeps the number reserved.
Accuracy of Entered Information
The owner is responsible for the accuracy of customer details, prices, tax settings, payment records, and card contact fields. The application calculates totals from the information the owner enters.
Digital Business Cards
The owner may create multiple Digital Business Cards with separate links. Each published card has a public URL intended for NFC cards, QR codes, messages, and similar sharing.
Public Card Information
Anything placed on a published card, including photos, phone numbers, and links, can be seen by anyone who opens that URL. The owner should only publish information they are willing to share publicly. Unpublishing a card removes intended public access to that card.
Google Drive Backup
Google Drive backup is optional. If connected, Baig Traders may create and update backup PDFs in a Baig Traders folder using the limited drive.file permission. The owner is responsible for the Google account they connect and for any files stored in that Drive account.
Availability
The application is provided for the owner’s business use. Access may be interrupted for maintenance, hosting issues, or events outside the operator’s control.
Data Storage
Business records are stored using the application’s database and storage providers. Public card pages store only the information the owner chose to publish, plus optional anonymous totals for views and contact saves.
User Responsibilities
The owner must use the application in accordance with applicable law, including customer privacy and marketing rules. The owner must not upload content they do not have the right to use.
Intellectual Property
Baig Traders branding, the application interface, and original legal text belong to Baig Traders. Customer data and card content belong to the owner who entered them.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Baig Traders is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages arising from use of the application, public cards, or optional Drive backup. The application is a quoting and contact tool, not a substitute for professional legal, tax, or insurance advice.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The application and public pages are provided as available. We do not warrant that they will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Termination / Access
The owner may stop using the application at any time. Access to the private application may be ended if the account is not authorized or if these terms are violated.
Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated as the application changes. The Last Updated date at the top of this page will change when they do.
